it’s weird how you can just lose a friend, like they change and they change and you keep telling yourself they’ll talk themselves out of it, they just need the time to come to the decision themselves. they can’t possibly like the person they’re being, they’re just trying to please everyone. constantly transforming into someone completely unrecognizable to the point that she’s the type of girl you used to make fun of together. the kind of girl that cares more about the price of her manicure than her friendships. everyone is disposable as long as you make them think you like them. why does that even work? why are people so fundamentally fucked in the head?
